These terms govern your use of the Hire Up Level website. Please read them before using the site or booking a call. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
This site is operated by AI Legacy Partners LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Hire Up Level. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean AI Legacy Partners LLC, and "you" means the person or organization using this site.
This site describes a managed recruiting service. It is marketing material. Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract, a promise of a particular result, or professional legal, employment, or financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or to book a call. By using it, you confirm that you are, and that any information you give us is accurate.
When you book a call, you agree to give accurate information and you understand that the call is a conversation about whether we are a fit, not the start of an engagement. Either of us may decide not to proceed, for any reason.
Paid work is governed by a separate written services agreement between you and AI Legacy Partners LLC covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality, data protection, and everything else that matters. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.
Fees for our services, what they cover, and when they are due are set out in the written services agreement you sign with us. Nothing on this website is a quoted price.
We accept payment through Stripe, an independent payment processor. When you pay us, Stripe collects and processes your card or bank details directly under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
Unless your services agreement says otherwise, or the law requires otherwise:
Chargebacks and failed payments do not end your obligations under a signed agreement. If a payment is reversed, we may suspend work until the balance is settled.
We deliver parts of our service using an interview and assessment platform that we license and operate under the Hire Up Level brand. Candidates and clients who use that platform may also be subject to the platform provider's own terms, which we will make available on request. We remain your point of contact and remain responsible to you for the service we agreed to provide.
We source, screen, and present candidates. We are not the employer of any candidate, and we are not a party to any employment relationship that results from our work.
As the employer, you remain responsible for complying with the employment laws that apply to you, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, background check, work authorization, pay transparency, and any laws governing the use of automated tools in hiring. We will support your compliance efforts and will describe our process on request, but we cannot assume your obligations as an employer.
Our process uses software, including artificial intelligence, to organize, transcribe, summarize, and score candidate responses. These tools have limits. They can misread nuance, context, and circumstance, and they do not replace judgment.
No candidate is advanced or declined by software alone. A person reviews every such decision, and the decision to hire is always yours.
Recruiting depends on the market, the role, the compensation, and the speed of your own process. We do not guarantee that a role will be filled, that any candidate will accept an offer, that a hire will succeed or remain employed, or that you will achieve any particular result or return.
We take reasonable steps to confirm what candidates tell us, but we do not warrant the accuracy of every representation a candidate makes. Verification appropriate to the role, including background and reference checks, remains your decision and your responsibility.

The text, design, graphics, video, and other material on this site belong to AI Legacy Partners LLC or to those who licensed it to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Hire Up Level and our logo are our marks. You may view and share the site, but you may not reuse our material commercially without written permission.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our service, we may use them without obligation or payment to you. Please do not send confidential information through this site. Personal information you send is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Parts of this site rely on services run by others, including our scheduling platform and video hosting. We may also link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their practices.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Legacy Partners LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of your use of this site, even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our total liability relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars, or the amount you paid us for use of this site, whichever is greater. Liability for services we provide under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Legacy Partners LLC from any claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of this site or your violation of these terms or of any law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you use a third party platform as part of our service, that platform's own terms may specify a different forum for disputes with that provider.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
